Another Vegas Volleyball Trip (4.25.03 - 4.28.03)

This pictoral story is about 5 twenty-somethings on their journey to play hard and party hard. Various members of the group participated in different activies on Saturday Night, also known as Party Night. Evidently, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas."

For the bargain price of $200 per night, the team once again, stayed at the Westgate Flamingo. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo/apartment with a fair sized jacuzzi in the master suite. Despite the abundance of cups, some opted to drink milk the old fashioned way.

After a long day of volleyball playing, the team got dressed up in their fanciest threads for a night out on the town. Once again, we see the guys working their pimp magic on the girls.

[There are no pictures of the girls' and boys' separate night out on the town because they would probably incriminate all who appeared in them.]

After day 2 of hard playing, the team decided to have a victory feast at Venetian.

Check out the happy smiling faces of everbody. Secretly though, they were all thinking about how much they would rather be sleeping at the moment.

After feasting, the team browsed at random shops on the way back to the parking garage. Someone pointed out some unique artwork at one particular gallery store which displayed wooden works of art.

All members of the team stayed till Monday, but 2 had to fly out early in the morning so they missed the breakfast buffet at Monte Carlo. The "Breakfast Club" consisted of volleyball players from different teams. It was a mini reunion of sorts as former-bay-area-residents-now-living-in-Seattle were present.

The team started out in Pool A on day 1, but played somewhat sloppy and ended up dropping down to Pool C for day 2. Somehow, vast amounts of alcohol (and stuff) along with sleep deprivation was the winning combination as the team played strong on day 2 and took 1st place.
